International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the warm-up match schedule for the 2025 Women’s World Cup, featuring all eight participating teams India, Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka.
The matches will begin on September 25 and take place across four venues in Bengaluru and Colombo. All fixtures are scheduled as day/night games, starting at 3 PM IST.
Warm-up Fixtures Set Across India and Sri Lanka Ahead of Women’s World Cup 2025
A total of 8 teams, competing for the most coveted trophy in women’s cricket, will play warm-up matches across the BCCI Centre of Excellence 1 Ground, M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Colombo Cricket Club, and R. Premadasa Stadium. These matches will also feature the India ‘A’ and Sri Lanka ‘A’ teams from the host nations, giving both India and Sri Lanka additional match experience ahead of the tournament.

Each team will play two warm-up matches. Host nation India will begin by facing England in the first match at the BCCI Centre of Excellence Ground, followed by a clash against New Zealand at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Notably, defending champions Australia will face England in their only warm-up match, scheduled at the BCCI Centre of Excellence. Meanwhile, Pakistan will play both their warm-up games in Colombo, facing Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka ‘A’.
